Mary-Rose Bradley-Gill is a PhD Candidate in Biology at McGill University. She is VP External Relations with Science & Policy Exchange (SPE), a student-run non-profit that aims to foster discussion on science policy issues and acts as the student voice in evidence-based decision making. She is an active member of her community, serving as President of her graduate student association, volunteers with science outreach organizations like Let’s Talk Science, and has been involved in several groups to promote gender equity in science. Mary-Rose was a Faculty of Science graduate student representative at the North American Gender Summit in 2017, organized an event with SPE on gender barriers in Science, and has served on several committees and working groups on gender equity at McGill.
