Bonnie Le, Ph.D.

Bonnie Le is a Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She received her Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Toronto, where her graduate studies were supported by a Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship and an Ontario Trillium Scholarship. In the summer of 2019, she will join the University of Rochester as an Assistant Professor in Psychology.

As a social psychologist, Bonnie’s research focuses on understanding how the different ways in which people regulate their emotions and care for one another shape personal and relationship well-being. Her research has been shared in news outlets including The Wall Street Journal and The Guardian as well as in academic outlets including Psychological Bulletin and Psychological Science.

In addition to academic research, Bonnie has engaged in service activities to support her peers. She has served as a campus representative for the Association for Psychological Science Student Caucus. Additionally, she has served as founder, editor-in-chief, and graduate advisor to undergraduate journals at her alma maters.
