Nizar Ladak, President & CEO of Compute Ontario is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in Federal and Provincial Government agencies and hospitals.  His passion is finding innovative solutions to operational problems, mentoring teams and volunteering his time in non-profit, social service organizations.

Prior to this role, he held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Health Quality Ontario, Vice President and Chief Information Officer at North York General Hospital and Senior Director at the Central East Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) and Director of the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI).

Mr. Ladak holds a Master of Education from University of Toronto and has completed Executive Leadership Programs at the Rotman School of Management and Stanford Graduate School of Business.  Nizar has delivered over 700 presentations, including reports and publications.
